Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 19, 2026

Read this document carefully. These terms govern your access to localseocourseservice.com, our training modules, our standard operating procedures, and our private community forums. By purchasing a course or accessing our materials, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree with our policies, close this tab and do not purchase our training.

We built this site for business owners and agency operators who want to turn local searches into actual paying customers. We operate in reality. These terms reflect that reality.

1. The Reality of Local SEO and Disclaimer of Warranties

Local search optimization shifts constantly. Google updates its algorithms without warning. Proximity signals change. Competitors adjust their strategies. We provide training based on current, tested operational realities. We teach you exactly how to build citation consistency across 50 plus directories. We show you how to optimize your Google Business Profile Q&A section to capture featured snippets. We explain the exact mechanics of review velocity.

We do not control Google.

No one does. Any agency or course creator promising guaranteed map pack placement is lying to you. We cannot guarantee your business will rank number one. We cannot guarantee specific revenue increases. Your results depend entirely on your local market density, your existing domain authority, your competitors, and your execution of the material.

We provide this course strictly for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute professional business advice. You apply these tactics to your own digital assets at your own risk.

2. Intellectual Property and Course Content

We spent years testing these methods on real local businesses. We tracked the data. We refined the processes. The course modules, video breakdowns, citation audit templates, and ranking checklists belong entirely to localseocourseservice.com. They are protected by copyright law.

When you buy a course, you purchase a single user license to view and implement the material. You do not own the material.

You cannot repackage our standard operating procedures. You cannot sell our templates. You cannot publish our video transcripts on a public forum or your own agency website. We monitor the web for stolen course content. We enforce our copyright aggressively. If we find our material hosted on your domain, we will file immediate DMCA takedown notices and terminate your course access without a refund.

3. Account Access and Sharing

One license equals one user. You purchase access for yourself.

Do not buy a single course seat and share the login credentials with your entire agency team or five other business owners. We track IP logins and geographic access patterns. We know when an account is being passed around. We will terminate accounts showing impossible geographic login patterns within a 24 hour window. We issue zero warnings for intentional credential sharing. We issue zero refunds for accounts terminated under this clause.

4. Google Guidelines and Profile Suspensions

Google explicitly forbids certain practices. Keyword stuffing your business name violates their terms. Building fake citations triggers algorithmic filters. We teach you the boundaries of acceptable optimization. We show you how to push those boundaries safely.

If you cross those boundaries to chase a quick ranking bump, you risk a hard suspension.

A hard suspension removes your business from the map pack entirely. Getting reinstated takes weeks of manual appeals and documentation uploads. We do not provide reinstatement services. We are not responsible if you ignore our warnings, implement spam tactics, and trigger a penalty. You assume all responsibility for the health and standing of your Google Business Profile.

5. Affiliate Links and Third Party Tools

We recommend specific tools inside the course. We point you toward citation builders, rank trackers, and review management software. We use these tools daily in our own operations. We often include affiliate links when mentioning them.

If you click a link and buy a subscription, we earn a commission. This does not change the price you pay. We only recommend software that survives our internal agency testing.

We do not control these third party tools. If a recommended rank tracker changes its pricing structure tomorrow, we are not responsible. If a citation builder updates its interface and makes our tutorial video temporarily outdated, we are not liable for your confusion. We update our content quarterly to reflect software changes, but you must adapt to the tools as they exist today.

6. Action Based Refund Policy

We offer a strict 14 day action based refund window. We want you to succeed. We also protect our intellectual property from serial refunders.

To get a refund, you must show us you actually tried the methods. Send us your optimized Google Business Profile link. Show us your completed citation audit. Provide screenshots of your review generation campaign. If you did the work and the course still failed to deliver value, we will return your money.

We do not refund users who download the entire template library and ask for their money back ten minutes later. We do not refund users who simply change their mind after consuming the core modules. You must demonstrate effort.

7. Community Conduct

Course access includes entry to our private student forum. We built this space for practitioners to share data, troubleshoot indexing issues, and discuss local search tactics. Keep the discussions focused on the work.

  • Do not pitch your own SEO services to other students.
  • Do not post spam or affiliate links.
  • Do not attack other members over strategy disagreements.

We ban users who violate community rules. A community ban removes your forum access. It does not trigger a course refund. You keep access to the video modules, but you lose the privilege of peer interaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will localseocourseservice.com or its operators be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our training materials. This includes lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. You navigate the noise of algorithm updates on your own. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms will never exceed the amount you paid for the course.

9. Governing Law

These terms operate under the laws of the United States. Any legal disputes regarding this site, our content, or your purchase will be handled exclusively in our local jurisdiction. By using this site, you consent to this jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to Terms

The digital landscape changes constantly. Our policies adapt to match. We update this document when necessary to reflect new course features, legal requirements, or shifts in Google policy. The effective date at the top tells you when we last revised these rules. Check back periodically. Your continued use of the site after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
